The Meridian School District 505 recently spotlighted a teaching project that's all about making education more equitable and impactful for every student. Here's how it works: teachers are teaming up with instructional coaches who pop into classrooms regularly, offering feedback and fresh ideas to help fine-tune their teaching magic.

Holly Li, one of the instructional coaches, shared how these partnerships are making a real difference—better teaching practices, better learning outcomes, and happier classrooms all around. The district gave a well-deserved shoutout to the coaching team, who are clearly rocking their mission to help kids (and teachers) thrive.
