Local News Story: Ragfinery Update

To our beloved community: Ragfinery has exceeded its $25,000 fundraising goal following the fire that severely impacted the store. The funds will cover staff wages through January and help with operational needs as they navigate a tough road to recovery.

While the shop won't operate as usual for a while, you can still embrace sustainable shopping. Consider visiting Allied Arts of Whatcom County's Reuse Thrift Store at their new location, 1213 Cornwall Ave. They accept donations of art supplies, textiles, and more, with affordable prices for crafty folks. Give them a call or visit their website for updates as they get unpacked and organized.

Want to help Ragfinery further?

Weather Update

Dense Fog Advisory in Effect Until Noon
The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for Western Whatcom County. Visibility could drop to one-quarter mile or less, making driving tricky. Keep your low-beam headlights on, slow down, and leave extra space on the road.

Afternoon sun might make a cameo, but let's not count on it. In the meantime, bundle up, stay safe, and embrace the mystery of foggy Bellingham mornings.
